Cyberbullying in urban public schools

Justice is defined s unfair treatment
towards others. We lived in a country that does a lot of cyber bullying. There
are a lot of teenagers at the age of 8-16 getting bullied over face book, twitter, tumblr, formsrping, or MySpace. There are more girls than boys that are getting and being cyber bullied.
In Newark, New Jersey there was
a girl name Nafeesa Onqtue. She was about 14-45 years old & someone had
stolen her identity on face book. Her mom struggled to find out who it was, It
literary took them about a 6 months to a year to find out who this person was. When she stole Nafeesa’s identity she wrote cruel things pretending to be herand said Nafeesa did nasty things. During all of this Nafeesa had been in manyfights, & she didn’t know who to trust because it could have been anybody.
I remember when, this girlwas being bullied on face book by another girl and a boy because she has a prosthetic leg. They were teasing her about her leg. Until one day she finally told her mother she was being bullied. Her mother came in the school her daughter attended and talked to the principal and set up a parent conference with the other kids parents , & told them about what they’re child was doing and if this was to continue she will be pressing charges for assault and cyber bullying. If you are having any similar problems you can set up an anti-bullying commitie / group. You can also use a filtering or blocking software to prevent teens from accessing social networking websites .

  2. JC, it might not come across as a serious problem here, but the effect that cyber-bullying has in this decade is huge and devastating. Many kids takes their lives, get seriously hurt by others, or have to change schools because classmates use the anonymity of the internet as a new form of bullying.
